about us
BUILT ON LEGACY.
DESIGNED TO STAND APART.
UNIK Contracting is more than a construction company. It's family legacy built on craftsmanship, integrity, and over 60 years of experience.
Our story began with my grandfather, the late Ernest Kelly, founder of Kelly & Sons Construction. What started as a family-run business grew into a respected name rooted in hard work, precision, and an unwavering commitment to quality. His passion for construction extended well into his 90s, leaving behind a legacy that continues to inspire us.
My father carried that legacy forward, expanding our family's expertise and instilling in me a passion for craftsmanship, precision, and transforming ordinary spaces into something extraordinary.
Today, UNIK Contracting proudly represents the third generation of that legacy, blending time-honored craftsmanship with modern design, innovation, and elevated aesthetics.
From residential renovations to commercial transformations, we approach every project with purpose, precision, and a commitment to bringing your vision to life.
This is craftsmanship with creativity.
This is legacy in motion.
This is UNIK.
